Gadget Gears for Guys Card Class

Hi there, it's Alex here and I wanted to give you a sneak peek of the cards that we will be creating in Monday's card class.  They are called Gadget Gears for Guys and we will be using the Tim Holtz dies of the same name along with the Steampunk die.  We will also be playing with Distress Inks and Tim Holtz stamps too.  These are great cards for you to give to the men in your life.  Check them out:

Prima Class at Catchy Crafts

Last November 5,  The ladies here at Catchy Crafts had a wonderful learning experience with the very talented Prima teacher Sharon Laakkonen.  It was very fun learning how to make the gorgeous Prima heart  canvas album. The ladies had an awesome time creating and chatting.  Thanks Sharon for sharing your talent with us.... hope you'll visit us again the next time you will be here in Sydney.

Wishes Canvas Class Next Week

Hi there, Alex here.  Just wanted to let you know about the Wishes Canvas Workshop I will be teaching next Monday in store.  I had so much fun designing this project, I specifically thought about the wishes I have for my three children and made this canvas as a way of decorating my house with them.  I love putting reminders around my house to inspire and let my kids know how much I love them.  And this canvas certainly allows me to do that and I can add to it regularly.  But it could also be a lovely gift for a special someone with Christmas just around the corner - a friend, Mum or co-worker.

On this canvas we will play with inchies, Tim Holtz crackle paint and Graphic 45 paper.  Be sure to call the store on 9477 4401 to book your spot, places are limited and there are only a few spots left.  Cost is $20 for a 3.5hour class plus kit cost and the workshop will start at 10am.  I would love to see you there and help you create this beautiful canvas that you'll be proud to display.

Cuttlebug Cards with Kim....

Another set of gorgeous cards created by Kim T.  Join her this Wednesday, 17th of August, 7:30 to 9:30 in the evening. 

Try different embossing techniques with a variety of materials to create 4 unique cards. Use diecuts with fabric, some punching and add ribbon - you'll have cards to suit various occasions and learn some great techniques along the way.  For those who can't make it on the evenings, there will be a repeat of this class on Friday, 19th of August from 10:30 am till 12:30 in the afternoon.  To book, give us a ring 94774401.  See yah!

Exciting News - International Teachers coming to Catchy Crafts!!!

Moving to larger premises has allowed us to expand our teaching classes.  We are now happy to announce that we are bring in some international (and interstate) teachers to inspire us with new techniques and products.

Saturday 15th - Sunday 16th - Monday 17th October
Morning class: 9.30am-12.45pm  "Capturing Joy"
Afternoon class:  3.15pm - 7pm " Travel and Landscape"
